The Workout

The method is an intensive full body workout influenced by classical and modern dance. 

(though it is not a dance class) 

A personalised one to one training to exercise at your own pace or towards your specific fitness goals. 

Floor exercises are based on classical "Barre à terre" inspired by Boris Kniaseff technique.

 

The Ballet Workout will visit you at home or at your working place to perfectly optimise your daily schedule.

Private training also benefits those with specific needs such as injury rehabilitation, post-natal conditioning, preparing your body for the summer season or your wedding day!

The major benefits of The Ballet Workout are improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility and strength, weight loss and stress reduction.

Floor mat and as well as all other equipment (small hand weights, Deuserband) will be provided by The Ballet Workout.
